Welcome to the Trek Cambodia 2026 online charity auction!
Every bid you place helps support St Catherine's Hospice, providing vital care to patients and families when
it matters most.
Here's how it works:
1. Browse Items
- Explore our selection of auction items.
- Click the
icon to add your favourites so you can easily keep track.
2. Sign Up & Place Bids
- Create an account to start bidding.
- Important: All payments are handled through JustGiving, the UK's most trusted platform for online giving, so you can trust that your donations are secure and go directly to St Catherine's Hospice on a weekly basis - meaning you make a difference even quicker!
- We are unable to process refunds, if you would like a refund please follow JustGiving's refund process.
- Place your bid on any item you like. The highest bid at the close of the auction wins!
3. Winning Bids
- Once the auction closes, the highest bidder for each item will be notified by email.
- Winning bidders have 5 working days to complete their donation via the link provided in the email or on the item's page.
- Make sure to include your reference code in the donation message so we can match your payment to your winning bid.
4. If a Winning Bid Isn't Completed
- If a winning bidder does not complete their donation within 5 working days, the item will be offered to the second-highest bidder.
- If the second-highest bidder also doesn't complete payment, the item may be re-listed or removed from the auction.
5. Receiving Your Item
- Once your donation is confirmed, we'll be in touch with any instructions about collecting or receiving your item.
